1. Our Commitment
At WeWake, we strive to deliver exceptional Vedic astrology consultations, Pooja services, spiritual products, courses, and webinars with transparency and empathy, guided by our ethos, "Vishwa ka Kalyan ho" (Well-being for all creation). This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request cancellations or refunds for paid Services, ensuring fairness while aligning with our Terms and Conditions (www.wewake.site/terms) and applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. As our Services are personalized, all sales are generally final, with refunds limited to specific cases outlined below. For questions, contact support@wewake.site.
2. Definitions
Paid Services: Services requiring payment, such as astrology consultations, Pooja services, product purchases (e.g., gemstones, yantras), courses, webinars, digital products (e.g., reports) or subscriptions. User/You: Any individual or entity purchasing or using the Services. Practitioner: Astrologers, vastu consultants, poojaris, priests, or other experts providing Services, acting as independent contractors. Platform: The WeWake website (www.wewake.site), mobile application, and related digital interfaces.
3. General Refund Principles
Final Sales: Due to the personalized nature of our Services (e.g., consultations, Pooja rituals, custom reports), all sales are final once initiated or delivered. Limited Refunds: Refunds are available only for non-delivered Services or defective products, as detailed below, at our discretion.
No Outcome-Based Refunds: Astrology and spiritual services are subjective and provided for entertainment and personal growth (T&C Section 12). Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with advice, predictions, or outcomes. Compliance: Refund decisions comply with Indian consumer protection laws and are final, subject to the terms below.
4. Cancellation and Refund for Consultations
Cancellation Notice: To cancel or reschedule an astrology consultation or similar session, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time via your account dashboard or support@wewake.site.
Eligible Refunds: Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice, before the session starts, qualify for a full refund, processed to the original payment method or as account credit within 7 to 14 days or refund request.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend are non-refundable, as the time is reserved exclusively with a Practitioner.
Rescheduling: One free rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice, subject to Practitioner availability. Repeated requests may be treated as cancellations.
5. Cancellation and Refund for Pooja Services
Cancellation Notice: To cancel or reschedule a Pooja service, notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled ritual via support@wewake.site or your account dashboard.
Eligible Refunds: Cancellations with 72 hours’ notice, before the ritual is initiated (e.g., materials sourced), qualify for a full refund, processed to the original payment method or as account credit.
Non-Refundable: Once a Pooja is initiated, no refunds are available due to its customized nature.
6. Refund for Product Purchases
Defective or Incorrect Products: If a spiritual product (e.g., gemstone, yantra, mala) is defective, damaged, or not as described, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@wewake.site with proof (e.g., photos).
Process: Approved returns receive a replacement or refund to the original payment method or as account credit, per Indian consumer protection laws. We may cover return shipping if the issue is our fault.
Non-Returnable: Products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect, due to their spiritual nature.
Prasad Delivery: Refunds for prasad or ritual-related deliveries follow Pooja terms (72-hour notice) unless defective. If prasad arrives in a damaged or spoiled condition, please notify us with photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
7. Refund for Courses, Webinars, and Subscriptions
Courses/Webinars: Refunds are available only if requested before the course/webinar starts and no content has been accessed. Contact support@wewake.site.
Subscriptions: Cancel anytime via account settings to stop future billing. No refunds for the current billing period, except where required by law or specified at sign-up.
8. Our Service Guarantee
We strive to deliver exceptional Services, but if we fail to deliver due to our fault, we will offer:
A full refund or rescheduling option for consultations, Poojas, courses, or webinars not delivered (e.g., due to Practitioner unavailability or platform technical failure). A refund or replacement for defective/incorrect products, as per Section 6.
In exceptional cases (e.g., documented medical emergency), we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or one-time rescheduling for late cancellations, upon review. Contact support@wewake.site within 24 hours of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method or as account credit.
9. Quality Assurance and Complaints
Quality Issues: If you believe a Service was unprofessional or deficient, submit a complaint within 24 hours via support@wewake.site or the “Quality Complaint” form in your dashboard.
Review Process: We will investigate, reviewing session recordings (if consented) or communications. If a Practitioner deviates significantly from our standards, we may offer a remedy (e.g., follow-up session, partial/full refund) at our discretion.
No Outcome-Based Refunds: Complaints about advice content (e.g., astrological predictions) do not qualify for refunds, as outcomes are subjective.
10. Refund Processing
Eligibility Check: Refunds are approved only for non-initiated/non-delivered Services or defective products.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method or as account credit.
Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes, such as GST, as required by law. The price you see is the final price you pay.
Chargebacks: Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension and liability for fees (T&C 9.1.7).
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy, with material changes notified 15 days in advance via email, in-app notifications, or at www.wewake.site/policies/refund-policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
