• Platform: The WeWake website, mobile application, and any related digital interfaces or features.

We collect information to provide, improve, and personalize our Services, such as generating accurate Vedic astrology reports or facilitating Pooja rituals. Information is collected with your consent or as necessary for legitimate purposes.

3.1 Personal Data (Including SPDI)

• Registration and Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, birth details (date, time, place, star, gotra, nakshatra, kuladevi/gramadevata names for Pooja or astrology), age, gender, contact details, and preferences.
• Service-Specific Data: For astrology consultations (e.g., Kundali details, health/financial/family information shared during sessions); for Pooja services (e.g., ritual preferences); for product purchases (e.g., shipping address, billing details).
• Payment Information: Financial details (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card info) processed via third-party gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
• Communication Data: Information from emails, chats, calls, feedback, reviews, or inquiries.
• User-Provided Content: Testimonials, questions in Q&A sections, or forum posts (if available).

5. Consent for Session Recording

All consultations and sessions will be recorded as a rule, with your explicit consent obtained before the session begins (e.g., via checkbox or verbal agreement). Consent is required for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and AI-generated summaries. Without consent, recording will not occur, and features like summaries may be unavailable. Declining consent will not prevent the session from proceeding.

6. How We Share Your Information

We share Personal Data only as necessary, with consent, or as permitted by law:

• With Practitioners: Relevant details (e.g., birth data) for consultations or Poojas; Practitioners are bound by confidentiality.
• With Service Providers: Third parties (e.g., payment gateways, video tools, analytics firms) for processing, under strict agreements ensuring data protection.
• With Affiliates/Partners: For referral programs or joint services, limited to necessary data.
• For Legal Reasons: To comply with laws, court orders, or government requests; or to defend claims.
• Anonymized Data: Shared for research/AI training with third parties (e.g., reputable AI providers) under confidentiality, ensuring no identification.

We do not sell, rent, or share your Personal Data for marketing without consent.
